High-performance end mills for roughing and finishing suitable for universal use.
Of particular importance are the solid carbide HPC end mills from the 35402 and 35502 series – the latest generations of solid carbide end mills made of wear-resistant ultra-micro grain solid carbide. They feature redesigned cutting geometry with unequal pitch, dynamic helix pitch, and cutting-edge preparation. The 35402 series solid carbide HPC end mills feature edge chamfer, large flutes in the front area, and reinforced core, and the 35502 series includes corner radius and optimized face geometry for plunging.
Both series use the latest coating technology and are coated with MnS1, making them resistant to thermal and abrasive wear. They stand out for their maximum stability, tool life and process reliability.
The 35402 series are suited for a wide range of materials from steel to cast iron and stainless steel. The solid carbide HPC end mills from the 35502 series are suitable for universal use. Both series are suitable for roughing and finishing, plus the 35502 series is suited for full slotting up to 2xD and trochoidal machining.
The new generation of solid carbide HPC end mills is propelling and further expanding our program, but of course the proven high-performance end mills of the 35382 series are still an integral part of our product range. They find universal application for roughing and finishing and excel with their very high cutting performance, smooth running, and radial unequal pitch. Designed with a 45° edge chamfer, they feature maximum tool life.
We have developed the 30382 series especially for machines with low drive power and difficult machining conditions caused by unstable conditions. It is also suitable for slot milling.
The 35405 milling cutter is our latest development. Extensive tests have shown that with the four-flute cutter you achieve 200% longer tool life when machining high-temperature alloys and even 300% in stainless steels.
The micro-geometry and the especially adapted MnI1 coating ensure that the chips break and are transported away optimally – for high process reliability and surface qualities.
The 35405 is suitable for roughing, finishing and flute milling up to 1.5xD into the full.

Aluminium is particularly popular in industries such as automotive and aerospace due to its properties – however, specialist knowledge and special tools are therefore required when CNC milling aluminium.
Although aluminium is easy to machine, it can melt when heat is generated, causing clogged chip spaces. This in turn can lead to unusable surfaces and, in the worst case, to tool breakage.
In order to meet the requirements of our customers, we have invested a lot of time in the development of our new solid carbide end mills for machining aluminium. The new series include three-edged milling cutters in a wide range of dimensions, corner radii and lengths, with and without internal cooling. We also have four and six flute cutters with chip breakers in various lengths to cover a wide range of applications, including trochoidal milling.
